If at all possible, please avoid sending your children here. Here are a few reasons I believe this is the case: - Poor communication with parents, for instance child would come home with injuries that were not communicated about, and if I asked, the staff had turned over so they wouldn't know what happened. - They kept giving my milk intolerant child milk even after several requests in writing and verbally so my child suffered on several occasions. - Very unethical in terms of accounting, and they only accept cash or debit. I paid my final payment and received the final receipt, and I found out more than a year later that they had sent my file to collections. They did not make any effort to contact me prior to doing this, and I had been told there was nothing owing. - While they may have 2 staff for 20 or so kids, very often one is just making sure they don't kill each other and the other is doing paperwork or cleaning. Some staff are good but there were new staff every day and care is very inconsistent.
