We've been on the waitlist for this place for 3 years. We were told that if we keep calling religiously, we may get a spot one day. What's the point of a waitlist if it's based on how often you call and not who was there first? Called again 2 years later, and were told we could sign up again for waitlist. We never asked to be removed, do you automatically get bumped if you don't call enough times? Or is it so you can charge the waitlist fee again? Totally unethical. Would not trust my child's care to them
