We used Ratna as we needed temporary childcare for one month. Ratna was great, our daughter transitioned very well in her care during the short time. Ratna was warm and provided a clean, safe environement for her children. Ratna always gave an update of how the day went, which was appreciated. I felt our daughter was well cared for at Ratnas.
