I put my daughter in there for 4 days while my day home was closed. It was terrible. The first day I picked her up, and they didn't bother to find her bag we brought her to put on her own hat - they used someone elses hat (yuck). She also was well on her way to getting heat stroke. I complained to management and they brought the kids inside. No A/C was used for 30 degree heat. They said they use it only in extreme days, how much hotter does it get in Calgary? All the kids were sweating and had red faces. I demanded my monay and was going to report them, and the manager threatended to keep my money if I did. I don't know how people bring their kids here everyday?!?
