I have had my child in this daycare with almost two years and am currently looking to find a new daycare. Reason being, the staff turnover rate is horrible. My child has had so many different preschool room teachers in less than a year, just when the children are getting used to the person in their room, they are taken out of there. The management of this faciltity is based on favortism of employees and parents that the management is friends with and goes places with outside of work hours. I am very dissapointed with how I have seen some of the staff treated, and some of the staff being favored for being a daughter or a friend of the manager. It is unacceptable. I have two children in the center and the difference in the rooms and how much is spent in each is ridiculous -- the only difference is that one room is forced to make everything work with old materials, the other room - because it is the room that the managers daugther works in - gets all new things. Worst management.
