With no competition, maintaining full enrollment for their classrooms is effortless. While their programming and meal plans are exemplary, adequate & appropriate staffing has been a long-standing issue for the centre. Over the course of just a few years, some rooms have been through 5-6 instructors which doesn’t fair well well for the the children. Favoritism is glaringly apparent in the centre; I have personally witnessed some children being given special privileges & attention while others are ignored &/or disciplined. Having a relationship with the owner/director definitely bodes well for your ‘rank’; if you are without those relationships, you may find your child on the list of potential evictees - children are often forced to leave with the pretense that there is no longer space for them, however none of the ‘favorites’ are ever in danger! SCC currently has and has had excellent staff but the ownership group and day-to-day mgmt needs to reevaluate their business & treat all families & staff equally!
