you definitely don't get what you pay for with this facility. The supervision is minimal and they were often talking amoungst themselves rather than interacting with the children. For the ratio's of teachers to children there should have been no problem with supervision. I Often heard children saying nasty things to one another and no one uttered a word to correct them to behave appropriately. May daughter's face and hands were always filthy when I came to get her and her glasses were often MIA or completely bent out of shape (she went through 4 pairs in the 9 months she attended this daycare) My daughter who was also fully potty trained often came home with diapers or pull ups on because staff "Forgot" to remove them after nap time. I would NOT recommend this daycare to anyone.
