I am unsure if I would recommend this daycare because of the owner. The staff with the kids are excellent. My daughter LOVES going there and LOVES the staff she interacts with daily. The owner, who is not on-site, is terrible to deal with. Emails, requests and phone calls are not answered or they are pushed back to the on-site manager who cannot answer or resolve my question. Important items have been delayed weeks in answering and they require constant re-requests to finally get resolved.

We're sorry you felt something was unresolved. All day to day items are handled by the experts, the teachers and Manager on site who knows the families and can speak to day to day activities or questions. Inquiries to the owner are for when resolution is needed for something that the onsite staff could not resolve and we don't have record of any unresolved issues. Please bring your issue to your teacher or director and they will get you an appropriate resolution.
