We used this before and afterschool care successfully for one year. Upon renewal of service this year, we were faced with many problems. We were informed only 2 weeks prior to the school year that we were only going to be able to receive after school care. We had agreed upon before and after at the end of the previous school year. The excuse was that she had taken more children, and was unable to cater to ours now. The first two days of school she was over 20 minutes late picking up my child. Communication was poor from the start. The final straw was when she decided to leave my child behind at school. Her excuse was that she had other children to pick up. Unacceptable! Her priorities were about making more money. Her planning was poor, and as a result my child suffered. We cancelled her services after only 2 weeks of service this year. Very disappointing!
