We reopen in Sept 2021, safely maintain the quality service for the happy parents. We don't think you are our customer or our competitors maybe.

I was encouraged to provide this review after speaking to other mom's about my terrible experience here. Please be aware, even though she advertises this as a daycare, this is NOT daycare but rather a dayhome. One of the problems I noticed was the constant change in caretakers. Every week there was a new person taking care of my baby. Crystal could not provide certification for a couple of the ladies. Snacks are not provided even though I was told they were. You have to bring your own healthy snacks. Bathrooms and nap area are very dirty. I only noticed when I had to take my child once to wash his hands because they were too busy. Another time they had a very dirty blanket in his playpen, eventhough I provide a clean sleepsack for him to use there. The blanket is a suffocation hazard as he was only 14 months old. There was no cirriculum there as Crystal told me there would be. It is free play all day long. Meals are not healthy as it is hot dogs most days. I brought lunch so he could eat better food.
