I sent my son there in 2014 when he was a year old. The building is old and it needs some maintenance, you can tell there is no investment there to make renovations. Hygiene is the worst. Some of the staff were great while some others, were not that kind. The Owner is really harsh and rude, her breath smells as cigarettes as well as one of the other staff members. Some of the staff members were not clean and smell like old sweat, as if they didn't take a shower or washed they clothes often. There was smell of poop mixed with food all the time, don't expect to find a diaper genie there, they use a regular trash bin so it smells really bad in there specially during the winter. And don't expect to loose your job and get any compasion from the owner, they say they have a long waiting list but if you don't give them the 1 month notice they will charge you anyways, she didn't make any effort trying to get someone to fill out that spot so I could take my son out of the daycare.
