Our child spent 4.5 years here, from 11 mos to 6 yrs-old (1 year away while we worked abroad) and we really liked it. I marked the facilities lower, but only a little. The centre is in a store-front on Whyte Ave. which is very convenient for us and a cool area with shops and cafes: but it also means they've had to be creative with their space inside and there is only a small play area in the back lane--but they are close to a great park. However, the centre is renovating and expanding the outside area. The family (including a Granny!) that runs it is fantastic and very creative. We like their philosphy and groove. The other staff are great and have been with the centre long-term: there is little turn-over, which is a good sign. We learned a lot about parenting from the owners and staff. We valued the diversity of the staff and families and have made great contacts and friends. Our daughter thrived at the centre and is well prepared for school. The centre was always dependable and never a worry or problem.
