Noticably, there are staff and management issues at this facility that the director seems to have a hard time getting a handle of. Inconsistent processes for disciplining children and failure to provide incident reports was a huge concern of mine while my child attended the facility. If you have a child who acts like a child, acts out, conflicts with the staff, or doesn't listen from time to time, this isn't the daycare for you. First Choice doesn't seem have a tolerance for children who are difficult at times, which doesn't suprise me because the staff for the most part have been very young and inexperienced, as well the child to staff ratios are very high. Unless this daycare improved on the quality of professional staff and developed a standard operating procedure for how to deal with issues that arise with staff and the children I would not be reccomending this daycare anytime soon.
