The Staff at this daycare are under-trained for their duties and there is a definately a problem with hygeine for the children. There is a serious problem with how children are addressed and/or disciplined and a lack of incident reports. There is a lack of consistancy in rules. There is also a language barrier issue which makes communication difficult for the children and adults.
