I was employed by this center for over three years but no longer live in Edmonton. The intention of this review is to not only rave about the quality care this program provides but to also shed some light on the immense behind the scene work andhours spent ensuring high quality standards are upheld. as a staff member I was always encouraged and required to conrinously improve upon my education and background through attending workshops and setting yearly personal goals. the administrative team is always searching for new resources to offer families and staff and has worked hard at forming community connections. The meals and snacks are fresh, healthy, varied and delicious! All the staff have been long term employees which truly speeks to the caring climate that is in place both for families and employees. It is difficult to mention the many highlights of this centre but parents should rest assured that the more involved they are within the program the more they will appreciate it.
