I just had to comment on the previous comment. This centre is great - I was referred by a friend and have had my children here for a long time. My children have never been scared of the director- actually I have seen them hug her before they leave. Anyway she doesn't really work with children anyway- and has been operating daycares in our community for years! Her staff are awesome and are always so welcoming - they always are sympathetic to any concerns and are really accomodating. I highly suggest you check this daycare out.
