Staff is great and they do focus on teaching the kids, not just letting them "play" or watch tv. My biggest complaint is that they are closed on non-stat holidays... extra days at Christmas, both easter monday and good friday, etc. No one else gets all these holidays so it leaves us looking for alternate care. We are lucky that we often have flexible schedules, but it's quite annoying .overall.
