Individual caregivers were excellent with my child. Directors/assistants seemed to have to many tasks and miscommunication with myself as a parent, as well as it appeared they did not always tell their staff what was going on. I sort of feel like they have too many responsibilities on top of looking after the children. These other responsibilities were what seemed like for show or to impress. Too expensive to stay at this center. Very expensive. Nice that they have webcams but they dont really show you much anyways.
