The turnover of staff here seems to be very high, which is hard on the kids. Also, not enough attention is given to childrens cleanliness, assistance in the washroom and kids being sent outside without assistance getting dressed properly for outdoor weather. Some staff seem to really care where others seem to dislike the kids and have very little patience.
