Polk A Dot Daycare has never been known as a great daycare. After doing lots of research and interviewing lots of daycares I was excited about the new owner’s attitude towards strong educational programs and nature activities. At first the program was good but it very quickly fell apart. My children have been in the daycare for almost two years now and I had to move them. The daycare is HORRENDOUS for loosing items, regardless of labeling. My one child belonging rarely ever go missing at her school. It’s ridiculous I was replacing winter wear, shoes, lunch kits almost weekly. The daycare is run unprofessionally. You are never informed on what they child did during the day, what they ate even when asking staff they are unaware. Requests are made numerous times with little compliance if any. The owner is next to impossible to get a hold of. On numerous occasions it was beautiful outside and the children were watching a movie inside. Sad that the daycare went so down hill. Majority of day is un-structured free p
