The staff are generally good with the exception that there are too many young people that are simply because it's a job. The ratios are not very well kept and it can be observed during drop off and pick up of children. There are also issues with managing the children during transition times. As for personal attention to the children, unfortunately the staff are too concerned about standing around and socializing with each other than they are about sitting on the floor with the children and actually engaging with them. Regarding the fees they do not reflect the quality of care that you would expect to receive for the price you are paying.
