My daughter went here for 3 days, they told me staff to child ratio is 1:4 before we start, which is stated on their website too. But when I put my daughter in there, I found that there's actually just one lady caring for all 8 children, and the other one is staying upstairs all the time. When I ask the owner why is that, she told me it's LEGAL to have only one caregiver to 8 children as long as there're less than 3 babies. O..K... that is fine, but their license is only for 8 children, no more than 3 babies, so the other lady never need to be there, then why you claim that your staff to children ratio is 1:4 at the beginning?? My daughter is there for 3 days, when I pick her up everyday she had tear marks all over her face and food all over her cloth. I understand that baby will cry at daycare and they'll get dirty, but they never bother to wipe her face after crying or putting on a bib? Anyways, not recommended for babies, maybe ok for older kids.
