I have known her for the past three years. She has been childcare provider for my tree kids aged 8, 6 and 4. Over the years she has proven to be remarkably reliable . I don't recall her taking asick day in 3 years. she is highly conscientious and actuely aware of child safely. She is very nutring and caring person who exudes love and warmth for children. Our family was very fortunate to have Elly come in to our life and be a part of our children's upbringing. I woyuld not hesitate to recommend her for a job in childcare.
