Elly is a great caregiver, my LO is super picky i was surprised that she was able to feed her. She normally only allows me to feed her not even Daddy!! My LO fell in love with Elly after the first day. She is very loving and attentive. She will work around your baby's needs and schedules. The facility home based on the 2nd floor, so its nice and warm for the little ones and has a few parking spots (great for easy pick ups and drop offs).
