Please avoid this child care center at all costs. The coordinator/owner lied about being licenced and when I called VIHA to issue a complaint after my son came home with a giant bump on his head (no one knew what happened and tried to tell me that it happned at my house) they told me that the owner KNOWINGLY cancelled her licenced and effectively lied to VIHA. Whenever I showed up to pick my son up, the kids were all watching TV and no one was watching them. This facility was GROSSLY over ratioed at 10 kids (whereas VIHA told me they could only watch 2 other kids other than her own.) Also, the owner appears to be extremely stressed out and extremely defensive and confrontational. It is not an environment that I believe is suitable for children. This daycare is run out of the owners very small home which all looks to be in need of serious repairs. The front yard that the children play in is very muddy and I am told that they don't let the kids go out in the rainy season because of the mud.
