We had two daughters at City Hall Daycare and thus know the Infant (lucky us to get a spot!) and over-three program. The staff and setting are exceptional, we were very sad when we left. The personal bonds, the loving and stimulating care, and the friendly overall atmosphere make this the Best Daycare in Vancouver, and we have had our children cared for in a few!
