Our oldest child did 4 years with IKA and the other is currently going there. The quality of care and equipment is excellent regardless of the turnover rate. I do not believe the issue of frequent turnover is always a negative. It's an early lesson that people will come and go in a lifetime. No meals provided, but occasionally there will be a snack of some sort. Fees are high in my opinion and there are months when we pay full cost for only 3 wks of care (Xmas etc) without a discount. Also, If I pull my child out for a day and they fill the spot, there is no reimbursement. Overall great facility, staff and care despite cost. My youngest looks forward to each morning drop-off, and that alone is worth it. My oldest still keeps in touch with many of the friends made there.
