We were so happy when our daughter left this daycare to attend preschool. The administration is very ineffective and does not have a collaborative attitude towards parents; we were not even advised of very frequent staff changes, we would often show up to find a new caregiver whose name we did not even know and weren't told about the changes sometimes for several weeks. We are treated as an inconvenience if we asked about the staff changes or made any other comments.
