I used to work at this facility. I put staff are OK, becasue as a matter of fact most of the staff working in this school has no EC education at all. And since most of them get MINIMUM wages, they don't really care about the kids. Some of the are sponsored to just work in there with minimum wage. The supervisor is rude to staff and staff are taking it out on kids. And the cycle goes on. Only when they know someone is coming from Child and FAmily service, then they pay attention to the school hygiene, otherwise, they use the same old dirty cloth to wipe all the dinning and activity tables. The kids don't get much personal attention, because there are too many kids per staff, there are times when only one staff has to take care of 12-14 kids in one room. How can one staff pay attention to that many kids at once. And this usually happens at the end of the day when staffs are very tired as well. They do this in order to save money. The fees is very high, while attention to kids needs are deep low.
