Despite the high costs, the place is very terribly managed and parent's concerns are not taken into consideration. There is a lack of procedures in place to ensure the safety of the children and we have had a terrible experience there. High staff turnover and unprofessional director and also general messy paperwork and organization. Staff does not seem to be well trained in the proper handling of formula for infants as well. Definitely do not recommend this Winnipeg Kids and Company branch to anyone.
