Communication is terrible between management staff and some parents (speaking from personal experience). No consistency with how they apply 'late fees' and favor some family's over others. Some staff okay others are completely aloof and are either overly friendly (which is over compensating) or some do not communicate that well at all. Curruiculm varies from site to site. My child swithched from the main site to a satellite site and there is no curriculum at ALL. The kids do not do any crafts, my child has brought home pieces of cut up scrap paper - we can do this at home if we wanted. For a 5 year old, I would like to see more activities that structured and creative. There have been many times where they have been understaffed- which leaves children at disadvantage from going outside. The room at this particular site is far too small to accommodate as many children (GSCP) and should not have the entire schools wiring box in the room. The director and assistant director become defensive when challenged.
