First problem I noticed is there is a different fee for people who are on subsidy. The fee is quite expensive. One staff was very forward and had no customer service skills. Seemed uncaring. Owner was awful to deal with. Tried to act caring, but was not willing to let my child back after she walked out the front door. She would not put a device on the door to keep children in that the fire chief said was approved. There were a few really nice teachers. The building is fairly new and clean. I found it to be too close to a major road.
