Mawio-'mi+Child+Care+Centre dartmouth daycare listing rating child care review

My infant had constant diaper rash that would bleed because of their refusal to change it more often. This lasted for months. I had meetings with the director and even went so far as to get a doctors note. My child would come home with bruises and marks that no one would be able to explain. When they did know what happened I often had to remind them for up to two weeks to get an incident report acknowledging what had happened. Had constant problems with marks and bruises with no ultimate explination or incident report and often made to feel as though my request for information concerning the specific situations was an inconvenience to the staff. The director was overly concerned with supporting her staff to the point of it being a detrimend to parents who had concerns. Staff constatly left the door of the daycare open even though the NS hospital is less than a 2 minute walk away. No regard for comon sense and overall care. Most horrible place I've ever come accross. Would never recomend to anyone.
