Some of the staff is very good and pay great attention to the kids. More often than not when we drop our child off, the morning teachers are not paying attention to the kids at all, one of them is always on their cell phones and if not, they're complaining about how awful the director and her daughters are. We are currently looking for another day care centre for our child. We also noticed the only "structured" activity they have the kids is a 30 minute circle time, the rest of the time is "free play" where the teachers just sit and watch (I've seen it) or outdoor play (again, sitting and watching). I could just as easily get a babysitter if I wanted to have someone just sit and watch my kids. Also, it's pretty gross, 4-5 days a week there's a dirty bucket of mop water just sitting in the hallway.So dissapointing.
