There seems to be a rapid turnover of staff. Those that are about for longer, some are good, others seem at times unskilled at parental interaction. Pieces of outside equipment often seem to be broken, yet still in use. Massive sand box is used daily (weather permitting). Baby toddler climb and slide looks fun. Never know what my child does all day there as am only ever told 'x had a great day!' I have to push for details. Art and craft work never comes home, I get the impression supplies and equipment are heavily rationed.
