The overall program at this facility is great, the staff that work with the children are friendly and loving, however the hygiene in this facility is not up to par. Children have come home with feces still on them from not properly cleaning after potty/toilet use, and illness is spread quickly and often because of this. Complaints and concerns are not dealt with appropriately or professionally. They will just refuse care to your child if you do this.
