My son is going to this daycare and I am very pleased with it. They are very friendly. They always take the time to tell me how my son's day was. I had my son in a home daycare before and what I found was that if the caretaker got sick or had an appointment, I had to take time off work to accomodate them. At Children's Universe, they always have a back-up plan. Also, I really get the feeling that I can trust them with my son and I go to work without worring about his wellbeing
