Nikki was the firt provider to put us at ease. Her policies are clear and easy to understand, the home was ALWAYS clean dispite having little ones around all the time. Our son came home smelling like clean laundry, if he got dirty she'd wash him as well as his clothes. We worked shift work so is was important for us to have flexiblity, Nikki gave us this. Birthdays and Holidays were always celebrated. Amazing crafts and learning materials were sent home. Fresh baked goodies is one of our son's favorite memories. We would recommend Nikki and her wonderful family to anyone. J & P
