Kids are loved and well cared for. Takes the time to really get to know each child and tailor things to suit the child's strengths and interests. High priority on safety. Lots of patience and thoughtful talk put into each interaction where discipline is required so kids are encouraged to think and reflect. Very aware and caring caregiver.
