I sat in on a trial day and should have ran for the doors after I watched a little boy sobbing for about an hour with NO comfort from child care providers. It wasn't until I decided to pull my child from there that they mentioned him having a very difficult time transitioning. If this was documented or verbalized to me sooner then I could have taken preventive measures to assure his comfort and help ease the trasnition. Your required to 45 written notice of cancellation and will charge full cost for those 45 days regardless if you child i care during that period. I was billed over $900.00 for 2 days of care bcause I pulled my daughter out. They seem more money hungry then anything else, and by all means, I don't mind paying for quality childcare but this pace is lacking severly.
