You know that a Daycare is really well run when the Teachers have been there for years, as in 15+ years for example with a very low staff churn/attrition rate. This is a highly organized well-run Daycare, they have a carefully planned Curriculum, and a fantastic Meal plan prepared by someone who really interacts with the Kids in a positive approach. Most importantly they have a fantastic Staff and Management. For 15 Years we had the three Kids in here until 2011 when our youngest Jackson started Grade One. The Grove Street location has a Toddler pool, GYM and exercise regiment for the betterment of your Child. There is a properly trained ECE and ECE Assistant in every Class. Our Kids hit JK with the ability to read, write, and an advanced comprehension of Mathematics far superior to the Kids that attended Home Daycare, in other words they hit the Ground running.
