It's good enough is not a way to provide a fee for care service. The provoncially mandated child to adult ratio's are not always adhered to. The facility and equipment is usually clean but in need of some updates. There is no daily structure - the daycare is not managed with any sense of leadership or pride; It's obvious as so many staff members have left or been laid off. I think they are making efforts to ensure that the level of care they offer is the level of care they provide. The new staff members seem to have a genuine passion for their work and look forward to the continued positive change.
