Since new ownership of this facility in summer of 2015, the staff have not been happy nor most parents. I was lucky to find other arrangments after trying to work with the new owner and manager for 5 months. They are not about the relationships with the family of the children they have in their care they are all about the money. I always paid on time on the first business day of the month unless my child was away due to illness, however they always sent out reminders asking for post dated cheques. I had been a client since 2010 and never had I seen this before. they cut back on the quality of their food and their lack of communication of changes was non exisitant. They were very hard to understand when discussing anything as they have broken english. So discussing concerns was beyond frustrating. I would not recommend this facility to any family. They do not have their priorities of care and love in order.
