My toddler was enrolled in the toddler program for about 3 months and I pulled her from there. The fees were higher than other daycare providers in the area and I am not sure why. My child often came home with food on her face leftover from lunch, countless bum rashes after informing staff to load on cream, scratches and/or bruises that could not be explained. ( I understand toddlers get hurt and can happen so quickly) If ratios are 1:5, at least make me aware of a situation. I was not able to stay when my child was transitioning, messages that I gave to staff were not transferred to others throughout the day if there was a change over, they stated they were transitioning to play based learning, that seemed to take a lot more time than originally informed, and was not given upates. The staff in the toddler room were very friendly and personable when I was around. There was no follow through or accountability from the staff or agency if something did occur. I would not recommend this daycare centre.
