Finding someone we can trust to look after our children is always something on our minds. As a parent of two girls, and as a fellow registered early childhood educator in the field, I look for someone who truly respects the uniqueness of my children, and who values and builds upon their self esteem. This is also a provider who accepts children for who they are, regardless of their special needs. My family's interactions with this child care provider have been amazing, and her personal attention to finding learning experiences that not only interested my children, but also challenged them intellectually was wonderful. For me, when I looked for home child care, it iwasn't about the colour of the walls, it was about how a provider interacted with my children and what was done to engage them. This child care provider takes trips, spends time outdoors, gives affection to my children, and made us feel like her family. I would recommend this home child care 120 percent.
