I am completely Dissatisfied with the care that Mini Skool has failed to provide my child. Due to food allergies my child cannot have any dairy products; Mini Skool failed to provide my child with any alternative snack, and therefore told me I was responsible for providing an alternative. Food and snacks are included in the price parents pay weekly for care, however on top of my tuition price, I also had to provide snacks such as: goldfish, apple sauce, granola bars. When I brought the issue up to head office, I was simply told â€œgoing forward we will provide an alternative,â€ however the issue of why I had been paying for and sending in snacks that the daycare failed to provide was not rectified.
