Unreliable Service. Fees are expensive. Does not welcome an open door policy. Unstructured environment - no daycare daily routine with schedule time. Insufficient outdoor time... Some days when the weather was nice there was no outdoor time.... Only verbal report given if question was asked. No daily/weekly/monthly written report was given as promise. No emergency procedure was follow when there was an emergency. Long delay for your daycare invoice. Service receive was not professional due to procedures not follow.
