my wife inspected the daycare prior to placing our 6 mo. old son there. she remarked to the co-ordinator her concern with a hot plate set up in the classroom- it was too close to the edge of the counter and sink. The 2nd day my son was there I picked him up and he had a very bad burn on the back of his hand. the staff swore up and down it never happened while he was in their care. We kept him there because we felt it was an accident and that we did observe the hotplate was no longer placed in the classroom. We kept him there for about 2 months total. Frequently when we brought my son home he was starving and the lunch we provided was mostly uneaten (he refused to eat they said). We had enough of their care. You can find their daycare easily because they always have one or two staffers standing outside near the entrance smoking.
