The staff all new the children and not only in their class. They were very friendly and helpful. Always ready to answer question if they were not sure of the correct answer they would get back to you by pick up or the next day. It was a very bright and colorful centre, it was always clean and friendly. As a new parent they would alwyas make me feel welcome and give lots of feel back on my child's day not just "they had a great day". I was actually informed on why the day was great and fun. the not so great days were never negative and worring they would always reasure me of the steps to take to make that day turn around.
