I could not disagree more with the previous review posted on this daycare. Brooklin Day Nursery has been nothing but a positive experience for our family. The staff demonstrate great skill in their roles. My children are in different classrooms and I am equally impressed by the staff assigned to each age group. The programming is progressive and responsive to development stages and theory. I respectfully disagree with the discipline comment. I find the staff are very attentive to the children in their class, their individual personalities and needs; they are proactive in redirecting and using other positive strategies very effectively. The communication between staff and my husband and I, has been exceptional. The physical environment is older, although the level of care and the quality of staff quite easily make up for the older building. The centre is well organized, well run and generally very clean. I would not hesitate to recommend Brooklin Day Nursery.
